It’s so Easy, but here you go anyways.
1st. Have your grill or fire already hot to the temperature you desire for cooking.
2nd. Select the flavor you're craving from our variety pack.
3rd. Peel the label off and crack open the can tab. Hint. It helps to poke a second hole on the side but towards the bottom end.
4th. Set the can close to the heat source as possible, under the grill rails. You can also place onto the hot fire embers. The closer to the heat source the better for faster smoke.
5th. Allow the can a few minutes to begin smoking.
6th. Once the smoke is at full power place your foods on top of the grill
If more smoke is needed, try shaking the smoke can with grill tongs or you can crack open another can keep it all going.
We recommend putting the can to the side after smoking and let cool before tossing in trash. Depending on how long you chose to smoke your foods, often times you can get a few uses per can.
