It’s so Easy, but here you go anyways.

1st. Have your grill or fire already hot to the temperature you desire for cooking.

2nd. Select the flavor you're craving from our variety pack.

3rd. Slide or peel off the label. Poke some holes in the top layer. The more holes, the more smoke.

4th. Set the smoke tin close to the heat source as possible. You can also place onto the hot fire embers. The closer to the heat source the better for faster smoke.

5th. Allow the tin a few minutes to begin smoking. The closer to the heat the better. You can lat slide it away as it will continue to offer beautiful smoke.

6th. Once the smoke is at full power place your foods on top of the grill. Close the lid to allow smoke to swarm the foods.

Depending on your smoke times, you can potentially get additional smoke sessions of each tin.

We recommend putting the tin to the side after smoking and let cool before tossing in trash. Depending on how long you chose to smoke your foods, often times you can get a few uses per tin.
